The senior members of our team at Heron Stone LLLP have over 60 years of combined experience in the construction field, with 20 years of combined experience in fabricating and installing granite and quartz countertops for large multi-family projects.

Jay Wetcher, President and General Partner

Is an experienced business operator and financial consultant with 16 years of experience in the real estate and construction field, three years focused on providing countertops to the multi-family housing sector and over 12 years as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick advising businesses and owners on federal and state tax planning and compliance, business combinations, business succession planning and business process reengineering.

Sigurdis Persaud, Director of Operations and Partner

With a Masters degree in Construction Management, a Bachelor of Architecture, and a General Contractor with over 15 years working in the real estate and construction field, Sigurdis Persaud is uniquely qualified to oversee operations at Heron Stone. For the past 10 years, Sigurdis has been directly responsible for all engineering and material orders for more than $60 million dollars in countertop only orders for multi-family, hospitality and student housing projects.

Eva Naumovski, Vice President of Marketing for Herity and Heron Stone

Eva joined Herity in 2002 after completing her Honours BA at the University of Toronto. As Vice President of Marketing for Herity, she is responsible for the marketing and communications for the company's entire portfolio, including Heron Stone. Eva also plays an integral role in the marketing communications and operations of The Mikey Network, the corporate charity that places defibrillators, Mikeys, in public access areas.

Brad Foster, Chief Financial Officer

Brad joined Herity in 1999, was appointed the Group’s CFO in 2005, and became a principal in 2008. Recently, Brad was selected as Chief Financial Officer of Heron Stone, where he will captain the financial growth of the company with strong leadership and legendary insight. Brad is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant and is responsible for the group’s consolidated financial reporting, corporate financing, banking relationships and taxation. Brad has a broad perspective on the group's activity and with his skill set is able to understand and direct the multi-faceted activities of the group from land, housing and franchising. He is also the Financial Officer for The Mikey Network, the corporate charity that places defibrillators in public access areas.

Sheldon Alspector, Vice President of Construction

With over 30 years of experience, Sheldon is directly responsible for the operations of Herity Group's Residential Housing Division. Sheldon has a clear appreciation of these issues from several standpoints - not only from the perspective of privately-held entities, but also from the concerns of watchdog organizations. He has been a director of The Toronto Labour Bureau since its inception more than 20 years ago and a founder of RESCON, an organization that works with builders to establish optimum practices of safety, quality, leadership and competition within the Canadian housing market.

Elliot Krangle, C.E.O., Chairman & President of Herity

For decades, Elliot has provided leadership and direction in the core industries, through times that demanded important strategic decisions and creative solutions. At the helm of Herity for over 30 years, he is the builder of the corporation's philosophical foundations - its core set of values, proactive investment strategy, and commitment to longevity and growth. Elliot is also one of the founders and a director of The Mikey Network, the corporate charity that places defibrillators in public access areas.

James Krangle, Counsel, Herity USA

James provides legal counsel for the group for Heron Stone as well as Heron Student Housing. He attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA and St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL.
